Mark Wright is a trusted Risk, Health and Safety professional committed to preventing harm and building high levels of business performance. Mark’s career has included senior leadership positions and work in over 15 countries across high risk industries such as mining, oil & gas, facilities management, construction and utilities.

Mark is the Managing Director of FEFO Consulting and the Health and Safety Index. He has proven track record of leading organisation transformation projects, organisational design, leadership development, human performance and training.

In mid-2020, Mark and his team partnered with a Murdoch University PhD to successfully validate and launch the Health and Safety Index. This unique product has very quickly attracted many high profile organisations such as JLL, Australian Grand Prix, Holcim, Lockheed Martin and the NSW Resource Regulator (Equivalent of SafeWork for mines and quarries).

Mark has a Bachelor of Science, Post Graduate Diploma (OHS) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Sam Conway is a former Clinical Exercise Physiologist with a passion for applying evidence based research to improve human and organisation performance. He has extensive experience in goal setting, data analysis, and data visualisation. Sam aims to combine his interest in technology and human performance to create a seamless user experience and meaningful customer outcomes.

Sam has a Bachelors of Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales

Terry’s primary role is to partner with charities and consultants globally to build a world class Partner Program.

His aim is to create a network of like-minded professionals who learn and grow together.

Gwen is a meticulous and task driven Executive Assistant with over 15 years of administration experience in client-centric office operations. She has a proven talent for aligning business objectives with her comprehensive administrative knowledge to achieve maximum operational impact and improve productivity.

Gwen has worked with a wide range of organisations within the Mining, Executive Management, Health and Safety and Education sectors and has a passion for creating an organised and efficient work environment.
