SAi360 Partnership
SAI360 and FEFO Consulting recently announced a strategic partnership to amplify the conversation around workplace health, safety and well-being. The collaboration will help customers and community members better understand the benefits of positive well-being in the workplace, and consider the potential ramifications of workplace health and safety risk, including psychosocial risk.
Leveraging our experience and our Health and Safety Index, we will work together to educate organizations on how to best promote a healthy and safe workplace culture, increase employee engagement and strive for excellence.
On March 15 at 9 am AWST, Christine Adeline and Mark Wright will participate in a joint webinar, “A New Way to Measure Health & Safety Performance.” Geared towards EHS&S officers, the webinar will focus on key indicators to measure health and safety performance and the important role of advanced analytics.
Change Management
When assessing Psychosocial risks in the workplace, our latest 2022 benchmark data has shown that change management is increasingly becoming an aspect of health and wellbeing that needs addressing. Data has shown that it is often overlooked or not taken seriously enough by organizations, whereby organizations that do focus on change management achieve better all-around results.
