Obtaining feedback at scale just got easier.

The Health and Safety Index recently launched two new Diagnostic (Dx) products – Psychosocial Dx and Wellbeing Dx. These two new diagnostic surveys compliment our existing Health and Safety Dx.

Gather your workers’ opinions on mental health and safety to discover the unknown. Benchmark results against other organisations and your own business-specific demographics. It is a quick and statistically reliable way to inform strategy, boost culture and improve performance. By partnering with us, you:

  • Get support from experts to ensure your survey is successful
  • Gather reliable survey results with the ability to customise your questions
  • Uncover insights in critical areas of health “and “safety performance
  • Benchmark your results against thousands of responses
  • Segment results to understand attitudes across the organisation
  • Improve results and engage employees in the process

Our two new products are designed carefully based on international standard ISO 45003, regulatory codes of practices and evidence-based research1 . Each of our survey products have their own valid areas of focus across four Aspects:

  • Health and Safety Dx: Health & Wellbeing, Safety Leadership, Systems and Engagement
  • Wellbeing Dx: Psychosocial, Cognitive, Financial and Physical Health
  • Psychosocial Dx: Organisational Factors, Social Factors, Work Environment and Work Activity.

Our surveys provide a performance index from Low through to high performance, insightful dimensions aggregated to align with your business specific demographic data, e.g., location, business unit, age, positions, gender etc.

Importantly, we also provide “Levers” to act that provide direction of where to focus your efforts for improvement.
